My love,  

     A little before the return of Ben, Harriet hired  John so that he takes care of garden. He is a big, shaggy, amiable youth, good-natured and patient who did odd jobs to try to earn some money. Ben likes John, he follows him everywhere like a puppy, he helps him, he speaks with him. Sometimes he whines when John goes off.
Harriet had decided to hire John for full-time to looks after Ben because  he is inappropriate to go to school, now. Thus the house is more quiet during the day. John comes and picks Ben up in motorcycle to 9 am and returns at night for dinner. Now, Ben is a member of the band of unemployed persons who lounge about streets. This is not a good situation for a child, but I confess that it does not displease me, the house is more restful. Moreover, Ben likes it, and the family becomes again a  real family, things are better, the family is connected.

     John told me that his dream is to go to The United States with his motorbike and drive with his friends on American road like in the movie Easy rider. I put for you a passage of this movie which was realized by Dennis Hopper in 1969.

     This is a road movie which became cult since the hippy generation during 1960-1970. It tells the story of two young motorcyclists, Wyatt and Billy. I like this movie because it's a good representation of the life of nowadays. What do you think ?
